    Ocean house review

You are literally right on the pacific with this house which is awesome and beautiful. We really enjoyed the sunset directly over the sea stack- really cool. Lola the property manager is very nice, helpful and responsive by email and text. Sleeps 8 is somewhat misleading in that the 4th bed is a blowup mattress. We had 4 friends renting so the short straw slept on the couch as no one felt like dealing with a blow up mattress. Also there’s only 2 private bedrooms. The 3rd bed is a Murphy bed in a living area next to the dining room. It’s a double and was comfortable but not private if that matters. The interior is somewhat dated but everything was functional and there’s plenty of living space inside to relax and enjoy the views from numerous picture windows. Several of the rooms did have a noticeable dog odor which if you’re a pet owner, no big deal. If not, you will smell it. The seaside bedroom also had an odor and a bed with no bedsheet- just a comforter which I thought was odd. We had business in Medford and only planned a 1 night stay to explore and hike the coastline which was incredible and spectacular - the most picturesque beaches on the west or east coast in my opinion. Overall I’m glad we spent the night there mainly because of location and back yard patio with speculator ocean views.
