“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

“I has wanted to stay here from the first time I saw it in 2007. But we lived one street away. 2026 cruise to Alaska. Post cruise 2 night stay. Room 101, very cramped with a bed fit for one not 2 adults. It was located inder the stairs partially. Linens were soft clean and wonderful. But the bed was so uncomfortable. I booked it a year in advance to match with our cruise. We got the worst room assugned. Ryan and Joelle actually joked with my partner that 503 had a . I MY partner”
