Fetrows Residences

The hotel is well maintained, clean and in an easily accessible location. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Great experience will stay here again

The sofa was old and needs updating, otherwise the stay was extremely enjoyable.

Thoroughly impressed to see housekeeping staff everywhere dedicated to tasks they were doing. Truly a cut above. A woman was cleaning and polishing the elevator. Sharing the space with her as we changed floors was inspirational. Very satisfied with sleep quality, furnishings and above all, the staff. A hotel this size gets all kinds of patrons. We checked in on a Saturday evening. There were young adults being rude in the parking lot and entrance to the lobby. A hotel attendant might have...

The room and hotel were both great. The local area was somewhat congested and the property around the hotel was small, but it was conveniently located near the highway and I had no complaints.

Excellent services

what a wonderful experience, can't complain about anything. Staff, cleanliness, and the food was outstanding. When I go visit again I will make sure I have a room at this hotel.

Very friendly environment. Comfy bed and room always very clean.

Staff were efficient and very customer service orientated. Assisted with an early check in as i needex to be st the hospital for a procedure. Hotel was clean and exterior appearance good. I would recommend staying here yo everyone visiting Rockville and will be back on 6/11. Raquel Solomon was of great help in my stay.

This is my fifth stay at the Best Western Premier in Rockville. Each and every time since the first it has gotten better. I’ve had the most wonderful conversations with the staff… they know my name and they treat me like a good friend who is always welcome to stay. The executive suites are my favorite for its space and big windows. The bed is comfortable and the room is always clean. The location is super convenient… honestly I think it would be even better if they had live bands Thursday to...

Everything was excellent .

Wish I brought my bathing suit. Nice little indoor pool. Mattresses were brand new. I always check under the sheets just in case you never know. Needed a phone charger and they gladly let me borrow one for the night. Watch your speed because there are speed cameras everywhere and this area likes to trap you by reduced speed limits on some of there highways. Clean and reasonably priced.

The STAFF makes this facility the rating I provided. From arrival at 2:30AM due to weather issues, to the lovely service by restaurant staff and the cleaning crew - they make this place much more than the facility itself!

Need to disclose the parking fee attached to the bill.

Good location for restaurants and nice set-up for working. Bed very comfortable. It cost $20 to park and no breakfast.

Free water at checkin & friendly staff

Very nice affordable place

Easy access, nearby dining options.
