“Amazing location. Great wifi, great dishwasher. Awesome balcony, ocean views, etc.The only downside is that it has that kind of mustiness you often see in condos and motels near the beach. Things get a bit more run down by the beach - salt in the air, etc. So it's a great place, a little musty. Note: the laundry is not in-unit. It's a paid laundry that is within the same complex. It's open from 9 am to 9 pm. The only other thing that's missing is a garbage disposal, but that information is……

“We have been coming to this place for a year and renting condos in the residence. This one is the worst, most poorly maintained, and lowest quality we have ever had.The walls are dirty, the furniture is damaged, there isn't enough crockery, the electrical outlets don't work, and the TV in the master bedroom is tiny, the carpet is torn...This condo is a disgrace.Don't rent it; there are much better ones in the same residence.”
