“Room was clean when I arrived however they only offer room cleaning every 3 days , staff was fine , no issues. Breakfast was so-so , fruit looked old and very un-appetizing , no milk for cereal for 2 days , pictures didnt reflect actual experience otherwise breakfast was adequate.”

“I am very happy that we stayed at Holiday Inn Express, the staff was very hospitable. The first room we were assigned had a smell because of the AC. And the refrigerator was wasn't working properly. They allowed us to change rooms and it was definitely a better room. It was brighter and the bed was so comfortable until I slept peacefully every night. Cracker Barrel and Waffle House was across the parking lot. Wendy's and Wal-Mart was around the corner. Also Continental Breakfast was also……

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“The room was exceptionally clean and had an updated bathroom, loved the new shower. The only reason I gave 4 stars, is my shower on arrival was cold, no hot water. The next morning the water was hot. Please arrive early for breakfast before 7:30 or you won't have any choice but coffee and cereal. Very meager breakfast bar. My usual Hilton stay choice has spoiled me.”
