Old & ExpensivePosted Sep 29, 2015
The location is excellent but requires a complete remodeling to be worth what it costs.

Excellent Location!!Posted Sep 28, 2015
Perfect location. Walking distance to everything we did. Rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Noisy A/C was our only complaint. We will definitely stay here again

DissappointingPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Location and front desk and housekeeping staff.
Cons: Put umbrellas at the pool and have a server taking drink and food orders more regularly.
Location: Duval street. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Pool had no shade at all.(It was 90+ every day). Also there was minimal wait service at the pool. First floor room patio was adjacent to a walkway from the street to the pier. No privacy at all and no ocean view unless you went out onto the patio. Most of all, I was charged $14.00 for a half of glass of Prosecco. (OUTRAGIOUS) Would not recommend. The only good thing was the location and the housekeeping and front desk staff.

Too many extra feesPosted Sep 1, 2015
Be careful of all the extra fees added to your bill which were not disclosed. Parking charge, wi fi fee, resort fee all add up to an extra $50 per day.

over ratedPosted Aug 23, 2015
staff was not proficient in their job responsibilities. Parking in the garage was nice except when the staff took the parking pass on check in and told us to use the room key. The room key did not work at first. something with programming. Other guest had the same problem. Parking was an extra $20. per day. seems like a lot for what you pay for the room plus an extra $25 per night as a accommodation fee. It all adds up when you consider even the room cleaning staff wasn't on top of their game. This hotel was way over rated.

Exclusive beach accessPosted Aug 22, 2015
One of my favorite aspects about this hotel, is that you could acess the beach at Sunset Key( number one rated Key West hotel). The conceriege had beach tickets available at the start of each day you could purchase for $20. The $20,includes acess to the beach at Sunset Key, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, bathroom and a beach attendant that would bring you anything you order from the menu of the restaurant at Sunset Key. Nick, was our bach boy and he worked very hard to make sure we were happy and was very pleasant. The beach at Sunset Key was well maintained and peaceful since it is not a public beach. Also, the Westin was at a perfect location to walk to attractions and restaurants, as well as to enjoy the sunset at Mallory Square.

Hotel precioso en el corazón de Key West.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Lo elegimos por la ubicación. Puedes ir andando a todas partes. Vistas preciosas desde la habitación. No hay playa, eso sí. Habitación correcta. Sitio con mucho encanto.
