“Happy Ours” comfortably sleeps 10, with large living room, game room, and chef's kitchen! Outdoor living at it's best: 3 decks, screened porch, backyard, outdoor shower, tropical foliage, fire pit and grill!

The Space:
Brought to you by “Folly & Forge Vacations”, this home is perfectly located - less than a 5 minute walk to the sand of Folly Beach AND to Center St. shops and restaurants, "Happy Ours" is ideal for your large group or family. While there is room to sleep up to 14, Folly Beach restricts our occupancy to 10 guests. The home features large open living spaces, spacious decks, and large backyard with fire pit, there's plenty of room to spread out while visiting. Both comfortable and elegant, this home features upscale appliances, soaring ceilings, luxury linens, and a beachy décor.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 4, and comes fully stocked with all the items you need to feed your crew! With a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware sets, you'll have no problem whipping up breakfast or dinner for the whole group to enjoy.

On the first floor you'll find a spacious living area, with comfortable leather sectional and big screen TV. There’s a comfortable bedroom with full size bed off the foyer, and a gorgeous full bathroom, with tiled walk-in shower!

Upstairs to the second floor, you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 2 amazing Bathrooms. The Master offers a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the backyard, and a breathtaking bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor offer Queen beds, spacious closets and share a beautiful bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs to the 3rd floor, you'll find an awesome Bunk Room with custom built-in Twin over Full bunks, and a game room with a 60-game Arcade system, Foosball table, big screen TV and comfortable seating for hanging out.

Off of the dining room, you'll find the spacious back deck with a screened and covered sitting area that includes a comfortable couch and bistro dining set. Another deck offers open air views of the large backyard, with charcoal grill for cooking out! The backyard has a wood-burning Fire Pit 🔥, and is filled with tropical palm and citrus trees. Pick a fresh lime or mandarin orange for your cocktail right off the tree! An outdoor shower provides a spot to rinse the sand off after a day in the sun.

"Happy Ours" is private, but conveniently located near EVERYTHING on Folly Beach making it the ideal spot for your beach vacation any time of the year!

The Neighborhood:
Folly Beach, SC is our favorite beach community anywhere! It's funky. It's fun. It's Folly! With the ocean access just a short walk away, beach days are a breeze. Folly boasts a terrific array of restaurants and bars located on and around Center St which is less than 2 blocks from the home.

The 3rd St beach access is less than a 5 minute walk and has showers, bathroom facilities, a surfing school and picnic areas.

Charleston is just a short 20-minute drive, with some of the best restaurants and history anywhere in North America!

Getting Around:
Once you arrive on Folly, and you can walk and bike just about anywhere from our place. Relax, slow down and let the vacation vibes take over. Golf cart and beach gear rentals are also available by the day or by the week.

Perfect spot for a family reunion
Our 2 daughters and their families joined us for a 3 day weekend at this lovely Folly Beach house. The house accommodated 6 adults and 3 children perfectly. It was very clean and very close to the beach which were both important to us. We enjoyed the firepit and the grassy area where we set up a game of cornhole. It was great having a screened in porch too. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Great location, house and Sean was very communicative. When we come back to SC we will definitely stay at Sean and Ashleys place as they are top notch!

Perfect Stay
We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids in town for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our group. Kids had there own area on the third floor and then every couple had their own room. House situated a short walk to beach and to shops restaurants and bars. Kitchen well stocked. Fire pit was great for marshmallows! Will be back!!

Five Star Folly Stay
Happy Ours was a great stay for my family of 4 and two other families. Kids ranged 4 - 8. The house had everything we needed. The 3rd floor game room and bunks were great for the kids, the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, and clean. Home was nicely decorated. Best of all, it stayed ice cold despite August feels-like temps over 100. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the screened in porch and outdoor shower. Too hot to build a fire in the fire pit, but we did make good use of the 2 charcoal grills. Straight shot to the beach on street and trail. Quick access to the main drag with shops and eats. Host was extremely prompt. Everything was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend! Our extended family gathered at this Folly Beach home for Thanksgiving. We had 8 adults and 6 children. Great location--easy walk to beach, restaurants/shops, and parks. 20ish minutes drive to Charleston, too. Home was clean, comfortable. Had a nice large living room, open kitchen/dining, and back yard for gathering. The kids loved staying in the bunk bed room and loved the game room. We all loved making s'mores in the backyard fire pit. Hosts Sean and Ashley were great! Quick to respond, good at follow up.

The pictures online don’t do the house justice. Everything is larger in person than it looked online, which was a nice surprise. Check in process was smooth and property manager was extremely responsive. Short car ride from downtown Charleston too. Highly recommend!

We needed a big enough house for our family vacation and this one was perfect! We got a great nights sleep as the beds were very comfy. The house had everything we needed and the living room had plenty of room for all seating for all. The hosts were incredible and super responsive before, during and after our stay. It’s located walking distance to the beach and town. We will absolutely stay again when in the area.

Our stay at the Folly Beach home was all we wanted it to be! Easy walk to the beach and shopping area. Home was clean and comfortable. Checkin couldn't of been easier. Graduation Get Away!
Perfect house for a big family! Not to mention how great it was to be just steps away from the beach, and from the town where there are plenty of little shops and fabulous places to eat, drink and relax, while listening to some live reggae! "Happy Ours" is a one-of-a-kind vacation home that is suitable for any group. Beginning with the home, hosts Sean and Ashley have done an incredible job providing an incredible setting for a beach vacation. The home is clean, comfortable, updated, and most importantly, perfectly located. The walk to the beach is almost as delightful as the beach itself and, if the sand is not your preference, the walk downtown is just as easy. With plenty of private rooms for adults, there is plenty of room to "get away" while kids share the awesome bunk space on the top floor - fitted with its own game room! The screened-in porch, deck, and backyard offer a great place for grilling (the house comes with two grills - perfect for timing burgers and steaks for a large group) and relaxing around the fire pit - keeping away the mosquitoes. The home is more than enough, but Ashley and Sean are fantastic hosts. Sean is always quick to respond to questions with excellent feedback and advice. At the end of our trip, I left my iPad in the house. Sean was quick to notify me before I had gotten too far and was able to open the door back up for me so that I could go retrieve my device. Sean and Ashley provided clear instructions pre and post-stay; getting in was an absolute breeze and check-out was smooth. I can't wait to visit "Happy Ours" again in the future - I'll have to book far in advance because I am sure Sean and Ashley's home will be completely booked for trips to Charleston, Folly, and Kiawah.

Perfect Girls Weekend
We had an amazing stay at Sean and Ashley’s place on Folly Beach. The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! So close to Center St. action. And the beach was a short walk to watch the sunrise if you’re an early riser. We didn’t even have to rent a golf cart, like we’ve had to do in the past - everything was walkable. The common spaces are well appointed, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the outdoor spaces were great for us to hang out in. The master bedroom is stunning and so are all the bathrooms. Sean and Ashley were super responsive with any questions we had and just so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re on the island.
