Absolutely stunning Canal front home just 3 blocks from Time Square awaits your pleasure. A 5-minute walk to the beach. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with over 20 restaurants/bars within a 1/3 mile walk. Total renovation including new kitchens, baths, lighting, decor, and furniture. This upstairs unit features a large open concept living space with an ultra-modern kitchen, counter height dining, and a huge wall of sliders that open up to the deck in a screened enclosure. Deepwater views abound and you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor table. The Master bedroom has an king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with two Queen beds plus a queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room sectional provide sleeping for 8. There is a large guest bath on this floor as well as a washer and dryer.

Large pool and spa right on the canal. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay. You may rent or bring a boat to the dock.

There is a one-bedroom apartment below as a separate rental #1226700 which shares the pool.

This house is set up for everyone to enjoy.

Family-friendly - Great for family get-togethers with pool/spa plus a dock for fishing.

There are numerous bars/restaurants within 1/2 mile.

We ONLY allow the ppl per the reservation to stay at this unit and only the guests may use the pool. This is NOT a party house. I will not allow friends and family to show up and use the house and the pool unless approved. So if that is your intention, you will be asked to leave without a refund. I'm sorry I have to post this but due to recent situations like this, I have to post this. It's not fair to the tenants below nor fair to my house to overload it. I will be getting front and back cameras. Unfortunately, it has come to this because of numerous situations of open invites and an overload of unregistered guests.

No groups of people under 30 yo will be allowed to rent this unit with only a few exceptions.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.
