The home can accommodate 6 people, has an open layout with attached garage and laundry room. From the well-equipped kitchen you have the entire overview in living room, dining room and pool area. Home offers 2 Master bedrooms equipped with a king size bed and direct access to the pool area. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds all bedrooms are full furnished. Each Master bedroom is equipped with TV.

In Matlache and Pine Island, boats can be rented - also daily! Direct Gulf access without locks and without long and slow canals and rivers.
Matlacha you will be transported to a different world. Start to a tour of the galleries and shops. Watch from the bridge, the fishermen and the incredible sunsets, before heading to one of the numerous restaurants.
Grocery and pharmacy stores are very close and general shopping not much further.

Features: Villa “Jaenette” offers a split floor plan with two large master bedroom featuring a king size bed, sliding glass doors to the lanai and large windows with a pool and water view. There is a connected bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. The bathroom of the second master bedroom also has shower and single sink. Each master bedroom is equipped with TV. The third bedroom has two twin size bed and a dual sink with a large shower. All towels and Hairdryers in each bathroom supplied. WiFi is available for your phone and computer.
Kitchen has table & 6 chairs that looks out to pool & Canal. Kitchen is stocked with many dishes, plastic dishes, plastic glasses for pool area, serving bowls, pots & pans, baking pans, electric beater, tea towels, Microwave, 4 burner stove.
Screened Lanai has a large heated pool. Table with 6 chairs, BBQ Grill, 4 Lounge Chairs,
4 Chairs.
This home has a 2 car garage. There are 2 Bikes for your usage while staying a Villa Jeanette.

Recreation: The boat dock can be used by guests to park a rental boat.
Highlights: The water view is ideal for young and old - long-term renters are welcome. The heated pool is very comfortable during the winter months. Matlacha and Pine Island are also very romantic and ideal for biking, canoeing and kayaking. Between a 3 and 10 minute drive and you can rent boats at 4 harbors. The dream islands of Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Captiva and many more can be easily reached from here.

Boat rides: We are only located about 1 mile from the sea. Rental boats in different sizes and strengths can be rented in Matlacha and Pine Island and for hours, days or weeks. You can start here directly by the open sea without locks and without long canals. For those who are not experienced with boats it would be best with pontoon boats. Boat licenses are not required in Florida. However, you should not be completely inexperienced. There the island world is breathtaking and always remains unforgettable. For those who would prefer to be driven, there are organized boat rides with Tropic Star in Pine Island to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Boca Grande (enough time for swimming).
Kayaks: Kayaks and canoes can be rented from Gulf Coast Kayaks in Matlacha, 3 miles away. They offer daily tours of the Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, a Sunset Birding Tour or a romantic Moonlight Matlacha kayak cruise when there is a full moon.

Golfers: The most beautiful golf courses of Cape Coral is just 10 to 15 minutes away

Beaches: There are beautiful beaches in the Cape Coral area. Cape Coral Beach is a small charming beach that is only 20 minutes from the house. There is Fort Myers Beach that is many miles long, has shops and restaurants and is the full beach experience. It is about 40 minutes away. If you prefer unspoiled beaches, take the ferry to Cayo Costa State Park Island and you will have miles of beach all to yourself.
