The pool has a saltwater system and the expanded pavered pool deck has plenty of entertaining space and a dedicated pool bath. Located in a great family oriented neighborhood.

Spring break 2022
Beatriz and Jeff where great hosts. The pool water was a little cold and I sent a message and they came right away to fix the issue. Due to a cancellation of our flight we arrived at the house 2 days after and had to stay an extra night and they were so generous and let us stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Spring Break 2022
We had a nice stay in Cape Coral. Jeff and Bea were easy to work with and quick to answer any questions that we had. The location was good but definitely a drive to the beaches which we knew, but traffic definitely added quite a bit more time! The house was nice and spacious. It could use some updating of the furniture, linens and frying pans. We ended up purchasing our own frying pan down there. The outdoor space was lovely. Our kiddos loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The bathroom off the pool patio was also a nice bonus. The neighborhood was nice and quite and only a few minute drive to the grocery store.

Cape Coral house
The house was great and exceeded our expectations as far as the layout and all the room! There were 14 of us and a baby and we had lots of room to spread out. The pool was the shining star. The canopy covered living room area out by the pool was great because we could corral the really little ones there with their toys and they were out of the sun. The older kids and younger adults really enjoyed fishing off the dock too. We highly recommend to anyone with a large group. The owners were very accommodating and answered any questions we had very promptly. We had a wonderful vacation and were able to go explore during the day and go back to the house and relax. Thank you Jeff and Bea!

Beautiful Home
This home had a beautiful outdoor space perfect for adults and children! This house was able to accommodate our large group size extremely comfortably. The area was beautiful and felt like a very safe neighborhood and located perfectly for attractions and convenience stores. Our host was very quick on messaging back, which very little communication was needed because they are very organized and detailed with their check in and out policy along with very detailed information about the house. We would definitely recommend this house!!

Great property for family vacation
This property was great for our family of 5. Lots of space and the pool was fantastic. The shallow end was perfect for our younger son. When we arrived we noticed that the basketball hoop that was in the pictures was not there. We messaged the property manager and they got back to us right away and said a new hoop would be arriving for us on Friday. Great property and very good communication at all times with Jeff and Bea. Thanks for a great week. Many memories made!!!
