This home is a fully renovated town home located in Seagrove Beach. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen and living room with flat screen T.V. and pull-out couch. Continuing through, the back porch holds a patio.

Upstairs, the second floor holds a full bathroom, master bedroom, and the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom holds a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bed, and a screened in private balcony. The master holds a king size bed, flat screen T.V., with DVD player, and a balcony.

Recently updated and centrally located on highway 30A, this home is within minutes from the beach, various restaurants and unique venues that make up the 30A lifestyle! This unit is close to Seaside and Watercolor!

The Cassine Gardens community offers two pools, a tennis court, basketball hoop, fishing ponds, as well as nature trails and bike paths that wind through the undisturbed natural beauty of the area. An enjoyable place to stay
There was plenty of sleeping room for me and my family (wife, daughter and daughter’s friend). Very much enjoyed the patio off the den for breakfast in the morning and the balcony’s in the evening. Very quiet spot and convenient (short walking distance) to restaurants and the beach. We had a small plumbing issue on New Year’s Day and a plumber came out within a few hours of our call and fixed (very responsive maintenance).

very beautiful an quiet area. the laundry room was a peoblem accesing the washing machine because the door would not open.

Great proximity to the beach
It was a great location and great property. Our only complaint is the lack of pots and pans to cook with and the condition of the knives to cut food with. It was really hard to cook breakfast and actually much food at all due to there only being 1 small frying pan and 2 small pots. the knives were also very dull so hard to cut up food. Over all it was a great place. The proximity to the beach was awesome.

It was very good experience I’m booking again around the same time 2022 for a longer stay AND IN ADDITION I’M LOOKING TO BUY A FIRST CLASS HOUSE OR A CONDO RIGHT OUT ON THE BEACH FACING THE BEACH ANYWHERE FROM SANTA ROSA BEACH TO NAVARRE BEACH THANKS 🙏
