We called the day prior to our reservation and were assured they had electricity and were open for business. When we arrived, it was dark and the people inside said they knew nothing. We were left with no hotel in Galveston. We drive around and called for over 8 hours until we found lodging. A simple call or text would have prevented all of our suffering including a minor child in the car with 2 seniors citizens. We’re very unhappy and will never stay again and will inform anyone who asks.

Too little or no handicapped parking. Lobby and halls were not air conditioned. Room smelled of cat urine or poop. Black mold found in bathroom and wall by window. Called lobby only got busy signals.. Same when dialing room service. Went to front des and they were no help. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room was nice: comfortable beds (but Do NOT look under the mattress cover) abs spacious. The elevators were incredibly slow and uncomfortably hot and stuffy, as were the hallways. The ice machines were all broken except the front desk one. The breakfast was subpar despite many options. We would rather stay somewhere else if we go to Galveston again.

Super clean, great location. Live music Saturday night and a nice little bar. Breakfast bar was roomy. Pool and gym were nice. Rooms were clean. The only slight complaints would be breakfast wasn’t ready by 7:00 am as advertised, it was about 25 minutes behind. Parking was $15.00 a night per car (we had two), but we will be back.
