Picture perfect paradise beckons from this fantastic coastal home located on a protected cove in the Galveston Bay. The Cove House is newly renovated with a modern, clean design to provide the ultimate getaway retreat for your staycation, celebration, family getaway, or corporate event.

The home sleeps 14 guests comfortably with four serene private rooms (one king and three queens), a spacious bunk room with two queen over queen bunk beds, and two sofa bed couches.

The second-story living space offers relaxing views of the calm bay from the living room, a cozy library nook, media room, dining space, and adjacent chef’s kitchen. This open floorplan space was designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for entertaining guests or kicking up your feet to enjoy a movie or ballgame on the media room’s 60” TV. The state-of-the-art kitchen is sure to inspire creativity when preparing home-cooked meals or gathering for a quick snack with a view at the gourmet central island.

The first-floor bunk room is the perfect place to hang out after a long day in the sun. The large space is set up with a TV, comfortable seating area and table tennis to challenge friends and family!

Step out into your backyard to enjoy easy access to swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, boating, and sunbathing by the sea. We also have bikes and floaties for you to enjoy!

After a day on the bay, enjoying the waves at the beach, strolling down Pleasure Pier, dining at the island’s most delicious restaurants, and gallivanting around this lively beach town. After enjoying the island, retire to the Cove House for sunset views and refreshments on one of the three back patios overlooking the water.

The home includes free parking, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully-equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots, and pans, plus local telephone service and wireless internet service.

Here at The Cove House there is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests and staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and are prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves.
