“This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Pros: modern hotel which opened relatively recently so everything looks new;
lovely spa/ gym and sauna area. We went twice and were the only people there - maybe because it was still low season;
great balcony space;
big walk in shower;
overall, a nice boutique feel to the hotel.
But the reason why I’ve given it only three stars is because the attitude of most of the staff we encountered was so awful!
Cons: poor cleaning service. We only stayed three nights but twice we had to ask for someone……
