3/5 Okay

Not satisfied
When I first reviewed this cabin, it showed an air hockey table. When we arrived there was no puck for the table. There were chess and checker games and no pieces. I left the office know and received no response. This cabin sleeps 8 but has only 2 bathrooms, which are located in the 2 bedrooms. So if you want privacy in your bedroom, it won’t happen. If you want to view the wilderness while in the hot tub, it won’t happen because it’s blocked off. Any excess trash you have, you must drop off back at the office, which is miles down the road. Just not what I expected when I read about the cabin.

5/5 Excellent

3/5 Okay

Enjoyed but hot tub did not work
We had a great time The hot tub did not work. Temp was 59 degrees. I called the office but it never got fixed. We were not happy about that. That should have been checked We paid to have all things working. We are not happy about that. Greg

5/5 Excellent

Wonderful clean cabin
The cabin was gorgeous and very clean. It’s in a great location to get the main parkway for activities and dining. We had a wonderful stay.

2/5 Poor

Disappointed
Very disappointed. Our second night there had to call after hours to complain about the fowl loud language next door. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom kept running all night which kept my parents up all night. Called maintenance, no hot water, and told him about the drip, all he said was the plumbing was backwards. The washer and dryer was so small it took a day of our vacation to wash and dry our laundry and towels, due to the fact there was not enough towels for four adults. Now to the most disappointing, frustrating part....the mice poop. Not only on the kitchen counters, but on our cloths as well. EVERY morning. Even got into our bread, apples, chips, and cookies one night. So we had to put everything back in the bags every night. Also under and around the bed upstairs was filthy. A inch of dust and mice poop. Not to mention the dead mice in the corner of the dining room. I took pictures as to reassure Myself that we were not dreaming. If I knew that I had any possibilities of getting a refund the second night we were there I would have taken it and ran....although our first visit to Pigeon Forge itself was great, the accommodations was far from enjoyable. I am not one to complain, to try and make the best of everything. But in this case, I can’t in either situation. Very disappointed, is all I can say. Leslie Abromaitis
