“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“In the middle of redoing the whole building, and no effort made to accommodate customers with room offered, towels, and construction supplies in plain view- offered and absolutely bad room that smelled like an ashtray and was just dank and had a hot tub in the middle of the room. Was given another room that was completely redone and was very nice. We are an older couple and how the first room offered was suppose to be an appropriate room is beside me. “The carpet and kitchen were filthy. Actually the entire room had a “dirty feel.” Bedroom carpets were the worst. Our feet were disgusting from walking on them. I actually bought cleaning supplies and cleaned everything except the carpet. Vacuuming was the best I could do. Furniture needs updated or repaired along with the walls and ceiling. Living room was nice. Furniture smelled like wet dog, chips and other febrile was around and under the furniture, and there were cigarette buts on the……
