"Nice staff & clean room"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Chicago. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Housekeeping came and cleaned our room each morning which was amazing. We sat at the bar a few times during our stay and the drinks were great. We made it the hotel at 10 am and were allowed to check in early. We only had one issue with our key opening the room door and I honestly think we were not holding the keycard correctly toward the censor. However, we went to the check-in area and they switched the keys out immediately. Anytime we’re in Chicago, this will be our go to hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay even though we lost our specific room booking. Our flight was delayed and our check-in was after midnight. We were given a nice room but on the 4th floor where the traffic noise was definitely heard. Restaurant was good for breakfast and the hospitality was nice!"
