“When we first got there we had no hot water and the shower did not have a good flow which was a problem since we had been on the road for 14 hours but it was after 8:00 so I reported it the next day. “Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“The stay was great. Unit was nicely appointed and very clean. My only complaint is that the unit we got was not the same as the picture in the ad. The ad showed a full ocean view. Only a few units have such a view. Most such as ours have a limited partial view down the side of the building.”
