“Our stay was great. The property was beautiful and clean, location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions, easy drive into the national park.Just a heads up, this property is a timeshare. I did not know going in. They will ask you to sit through a presentation and you can decline. It wasn't obnoxious and everyone was very nice, but I wish had known beforehand.”

“The property is located on a beautiful lake with a large dock with nice seating and amenities. You could kayak or lounge on the double mat in the water. The bathhouse was adorable and a short walk from the tents. We loved the tent decor. It was 85 degrees when we stayed and it was comfortable in the tent and we got cold at night. Will definitely stay here again.”

“My wife and I had an unfrogettable experience! Was quite, relaxing, and gave us time to reconnect as a couple. Ben & Kim have put thought into making it an experience to remember and even went as far as asking if there was anything that was missing or could make the experience better! “I would rate this place as… ok-ish. When we checked in, they didn’t have an ADA compliant condo for us, even though we had requested one when we made the reservation. The back sliding door didn’t close fully, which is how I can only assume the giant roach got in to our condo. The dishwasher was more of a dish-wetter, because it certainly didn’t get them clean. There was also a red stain on the white sheets that I could only assume were blood.”

“When deciding where to stay I went back and forth but something kept drawing me to this property. While you don’t know which condo you will be in the location and the amenities were all great. We needed a few things during our stay and it was brought right to us. The dishwasher went out, they came and brought a brand new one and installed it with in no time. Everyone we encountered was great. The condo we had was perfect. Had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a minute and plan to……

“Very friendly we had an awesome stay. We enjoyed the pool and activities as well as the site seeing we done. Close to the things we wanted to do while we was there. The room was amazing we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend any one to stay here. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation to Tennessee. ”
