Lakefront cabin with kitchen and patio
Newly renovated cabin property on the beautiful quiet Northeast side of Houghton Lake. New owners spring of 2021. Cabin has been completely gone through with many new furnishings. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable has been thought of. Over 100 feet of lake front just a few steps out the sliding glass door of the cabin. New dock & day anchors for your water crafts. Sandy bottom right in front of the cabin to play in the water.

Cabin has 3 bedrooms, with queen log bed, queen bed & bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedding is provided & wall mounted oscillating fan in each bedroom.

Cabin has 1 bathroom, stand up shower, 2 hand towels provided, bathing towels NOT provided.

Kitchen, living, & dining all open to each other with a ceiling fan & sliding glass door looking out at the lake. A new large stamped concrete patio with picnic table and 2 lawn chairs.

Kitchen amenities--
Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, brew coffee maker w/ filtera, basic cookware, dinnerware & utensils. 2 hand towels & 1 dish rag provided.

Cabin includes-

3 wall mounted oscillating fans
Gas grill (not available late fall till early spring)
Picnic table (not available late fall to early spring)
Fire pit (fire wood not provided) & a couple lawn chairs right by the water.

Close to boat launch & ORV trails. Open year round, perfect location for ice fishing & snowmobiling.

Kayak rental available. 2-10' & 1-8'
$20 per Kayak per day. Contact owner to arrange.

No tents allowed.

Prices--
Memorial weekend through September $180 Nightly rate, minimum 4 night stay.
Off season $160 Nightly rate, minimum 2 night stay.
Check in 3pm check out 11am.
