"Staff was absolutely lovely. However, both the coffee machine and the fridge were broken in our room. Also, arrived at 2 pm on a Thursday and there was no way to get a drink poolside which was a bit disappointing. Had to wait until 4 pm when the resturant opened. Other than that it was a nice stay. "

"Ruined trip—Deafening 8 AM construction and a dishonest manager I stayed here March 18–19 for a special concert trip with my daughter. Our stay was completely ruined. At 8 AM, workers began drilling/jackhammering directly into the wall behind our headboards. The noise was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. I called the office twice and even spoke to the workers asking them to wait until our 11 AM checkout, but they ignored us and continued nonstop. The noise triggered a severe migraine for me. When I confronted the manager at 10 AM, he apologized and explicitly promised a full refund, though he suspiciously refused to give me his name. Because of the noise and my migraine, we had to cancel our sightseeing plans and drive 3 hours home in pain. Now, the hotel is lying to Expedia and denying the refund promise. This is a dishonest business practice. They should never have booked a room directly adjacent to active renovations. I am disgusted and still angry. Do not stay here if you value sleep or honesty."

"The room was immaculately, clean and quite comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as I had to change rooms because there was no parking in front of the room. I was initially assigned. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay there again."

"Called twice about shower being backed up. Air conditioning unit was super noisy. Friendly staff. "

"Checked in ok. Went to my room. As I stepped off the elevator, i could smell Marijuana. As i walked down the hall, the smell got stronger. Went down to the lobbya dn talked with the young lady at the desk. She said they are not expose to be smoking. Took a few minutes to get her to want to change my room. The next morning i talked with a man at the desk about it. He said they will be xharged for dsmoking in the hotel. With a sorry for the issue. When said sorry, it was with the attitude of i dont care and you deal with it. Not staying here again."
