The hotel is great, close to Shenandoah National Park. Excellent staff and the breakfast was wonderful, veggie omelette and turkey sausage.

The suites( they are more than rooms) are marvelous. Quiet, great views and one of the most comfortable beds ever. The bathroom was also very nice, and the floor is heated. Couple that with butlered coffee and beignets each morning, and you’vr Got s high standard to beat

Pleasant staff. Delicious food. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed sitting out underneath the wood awning. Close to town.

A very nice B&B to stay at. Great property and staff. Only gripe would be non-functional internet (very poor WiFi signal in the room we were in) - which needs to be fixed.

We enjoyed our stay at Hopkins very much. Very hospitable but not luxurious. Breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very helpful. Located in beautiful farm land with national park nearby and great restaurants. We enjoyed the ale from the ale house too.

All I can tell you, I will stay here any and every time I’m in Charlottesville. I’ve stayed here three times in less than a year (first time was during its first week open) and each time is fantastic. The front desk staff are great and I LOVE the bartenders (Eric, Douglas, and Cicely (sp?). Until next time!

Casey is a remarkable host, delivering with her family, a very high quality experience! No amenity was overlooked. The property is in excellent condition; the grounds and setting, interesting and historical; the breakfast scrumptious and memorable; and the nearby downtown city of Orange afforded very good restaurant access. Simply, the best B & B experience we have had the pleasure to enjoy, thanks to Casey's and fam's effort!

Hotel was super super clean and the room was spacious. The staff at checking was very friendly. We enjoyed the patio with different seating options, outdoor TVs and even a fire pit. A great stay, I definitely recommend.

The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient, and it's a great value. The staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Abdul Rab, is a gem. **pedia basically screwed up this booking due to website errors during payment ("Oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again"). They ended up booking the hotel five times, all on the wrong dates which had apparently re-loaded from the previous cached page for the booking I had just completed at a different hotel, for the day before this one. We recently stayed at the Cave Hill Farm B & B and thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was clean and the furniture very comfortable. Food was excellent and the Innkeepers, Omar and Hannah were very kind and friendly. Great place!

This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. We were only overnight, but we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold dishes. We really liked the fresh fruit offering. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
