“We are very disappointed with our stay. Despite requesting daily room service, it was only provided once, which did not meet our expectations at all. Additionally, safety is a major concern. The downtown area felt unsafe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around the property. It often seemed like they could enter the hotel whenever staff were not paying attention. There are no proper security measures in place—anyone can access the elevators, and the parking garage is completely……

“Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!”

“The front desk staff was welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are well appointed, with all shower soaps and sink hand soap and lotion provided. The snack and drink options available for purchase are plentiful in choice. The area has several nearby eateries as well. Parking is on site and well lite. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, clean, so organized and had plenty to get our day going. This was our first experience at a TRU property and based on this experience we would not hesitate to……

“I spent two wonderful days in the Dailey Renewal Retreat. The room is clean, and the environment is pretty good. Jean is a wonderful innkeeper. I will recommend this B&B to my friends if they travel to Greensboro in the future.”

“The hotel was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but we still had a good night sleep. The hotel was very quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet didn’t include pancakes or waffles which was a bummer but over the continental breakfast was good. They do offer a menu to order from for additional price. I would definitely recommend ”
