“We stayed for six days visiting family and sightseeing, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to dining, shopping, I-25, & Arapahoe Road, with many restaurants and stores within a few blocks. It’s also a great base for exploring, with scenic drives and attractions within about an hour.The unit was very clean, including corners & surfaces. The kitchen had essentials, but could use more plates (only four, one is chipped which we don’t use) and food storage containers—we ended up reusing……

“Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor.
