“The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. ”

“Parking deck is horrible , Very hard to get a full sized truck in it . Room was fabulous ,very cute , spacious and clean . Had fun in pools , was there two days then got stopped and was told we had to have pool bands. Will definitely come back ”

“The property does not face the beach but the beaches access road is right outside the sliding door. The beach is like 20 steps from this room. It’s on the first floor which was great for accessibility. We were in and out of the room a lot. The beds aren’t very big. My 16 and 17 yr old girls shared a bed and they were okay in it.
