"We went from July 19 through the 26th of 2025. We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family. Since you’re on the south end of the Cape, you don’t necessarily get the blue green water, but the beaches are really nice. But if you go 10 minutes down the road to the Saint Joe State Park, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and the water is crystal green and blue. We plan to go back next summer and we’ll continue to do so if the dates are available. We are also looking to purchase our own property somewhere along the golf after this experience."

"Great location, beautiful view. House is spacious and has most everything you could need. Didn’t have any kitchen towels and just 2 bath towels per room, come prepared or washer and dryer were very nice. Beach has very little traffic. Patios and chairs were perfect for sunsets. Owner was extremely attentive. "

"The pictures do not do this property justice. They have top of the line everything and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for a week with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one preteen. We love that the house is located on the peninsula away from the main town but close enough for us the run into town if we needed to (30 mins). There is a small market just down the road that had a lot of items if you just needed one thing. A coffee shop and a few restaurants.The house itself was amazing and was right on the beach. Our boys would get up on the morning and head straight to the beach. The owner had plenty of chairs that we could use and enough other things to keep everyone happy and busy. My only complaint was that I wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely book again. "

"This house holds many wonderful memories for our family. We come back year after year knowing it has everything we will need. The kitchen is well stocked. You are steps from having your toes in the sand. The pool is always refreshing and a kid favorite! Kara is the best and most responsive host. You really can not beat any amount of time spent at At Waters Edge. "

"We LOVED the 3 King rooms and that everyone stays on the same floor. The path to the beach was great as was the garage level bathroom. The garage level fridge, ping pong table, and corn hole were extra fun. The VB court is fun but our kids kept hitting the ball into the brambles ;). The kitchen was pretty stocked. We cooked every night. There are plenty of cups and silverware. The grill worked well. The oven seems to run a little cool but we made it work ok. We’ve already booked to go back next year. "

"Great spot. Would stay again. A little tight space-wise in the main level 2 bedrooms, but no biggie. Tow bedrooms upstairs were roomy. Beach gear storage area had 10-plus chairs for use, beach cart, toys and boogie boards for the kids, and several other amenities. Unit was clean and tidy, TVs and Wi-Fi worked great. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils. It’s super-close to the state park and basically right across the street from Coneheads. Hosts were great to work with. Really enjoyed the stay. "

"My family loved staying at Sandy Daze! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The beach was beautiful and enjoyable…a short walk from the house and not crowded! The home is about a 15 minute drive from many fantastic restaurants and shops. We also loved that the home was in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.
