The guest room offers a cozy queen bed, flat-screen tv, and private ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Important Things to Note: * Renters must be at least 25 years of age. *You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation. * Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person). Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended). Vehicle Parking: **Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration fee of The Beach Club Condominium Association goes into effect. All new and existing reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a registration fee. Fee breakdown is as follows: -Reservations less than 28 nights -$40 per vehicle per stay with two vehicles automatically applied on reservation -Reservations 28 nights or more -$60 per vehicle per 28-night stay with one vehicle automatically applied on reservation **This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
