Riverfront vacation home with kitchen and patio
Enjoy expansive views across Chesapeake Bay to Deltaville, Windmill Point and Eastern Shore. Dolphins, ospreys, eagles, blue herons, egrets, swans, cargo ships, regattas, fireworks and NASA Wallops Island launches are observed seasonally from our neighborhood coastal cottage. The rooftop deck is great for observing astronomical events in the celestial night sky; moon phases, meteor showers, eclipses and more. We are located in a private neighborhood with HOA. Our beach accesses are not open to the public. Provided for your use during stay: *2 kayaks. *4 bicycles . *Propane fireplace, propane fire table & picnic table with bay views. *Lockable shed for storage: * Breezeline Internet WiFi, Dish TV. * Charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. * Spices, condiments & cooking oils. * Kitchen supplies. *Bathing items. *Laundry & cleaning supplies. *Paper products. *Bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. *Trash pickup at checkout. *Free parking in front of the 2 neighborhood/community beach accesses on our street for our guests. *Neighborhood/community dock on Kibble Pond on our street for our guests. *Neighborhood/community pier and boat ramp for our guests. Amazing little getaway with girlfriends!!
Amazing!!! I cannot say enough about the house, the community and all the wonderful food & drinks!! The house is perfect, every detail counted for & the hosts are absolutely awesome! I would stay here again and again. Next time, will need to find Sunset pier, I don’t think we walked far enough. Thank you so much for opening your house to us. I highly recommend!!!

Amazing find
This property is a gem! The views are amazing and the home is so comfortable! They had everything we needed and more. The home is thoughtfully organized and set-up (grilling items, Beach gear, games, kitchen set-up, and more!!!) We had a fabulous time! It was 45 minutes from Yorktown and 60 minutes from Williamsburg! Totally worth the drive for your own peaceful oasis!

Relaxing mini-vacation
We had an amazing time on the island over the long holiday weekend! The pictures on VRBO don’t give the house justice……it’s bright and inviting; super clean; things easy to find; and well stocked! More than enough space for two adults, two teenagers, and two dogs! Loved all of the extras in the shed, the kids even took the kayaks out on the one warm day we had. Spent as much time as we could on the upper deck, even if it required blankets! House was easy to access and Cathy and Dean were wonderful hosts! We know there is a lot of controversy right now with rental properties and cleaning expectations, so we wanted to make sure we pointed out that we were able to enjoy our stay right up to the last minute due to very minimal requirements for checking out. Can’t wait to enjoy another visit to the island!

Wonderful Stay
This was a great house with plenty of amenities. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with very nice water views. The small public beach is only a few steps away. Loved the nice upper deck and bikes that were provided. Would love to return in warmer weather.
