Experience was ok, the staff was helpful in our requests. The room was not maintained as well as it should be, some wood planks were coming off on the floor, the bathroom was slightly dirty, but nothing water couldnt wash away.
The internet access was good, the location was good since it was in the middle of the Old Quarters. Can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't have our breakfast there and chose to eat outside.
Overall, stay was quite ok. We didn't expect a Sofitel like stay for the amount we paid. So, yeah. It's ok
Pros: Location. The best part was the location since it is right smack in the center of the Old Quarter
Cons: The rooms could use a renovation since the floors were showing signs of wear and tear.
Location: The hotel is in the Old Quarter which for me is the best place in Hanoi. Lots of food to eat everywhere, massage places, small mini marts, etc.
