“Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room. We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves. Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel……

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Staff was friendly and responsive. Super low-key environment. Clean and as desribed. If you're looking for classy resort go somewhere else,but if you're traveling with kids it's perfect! One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use ”
