"My room smelled very bad, the towels were dirty, and the condition of the room was very deteriorated, nothing like the photo they showed. I asked for a room change and they did help me with that, and the room improved, but it was really in very bad shape."

"Checked into room, I requested a ground floor room and was denied one. once into the room, had 2 double beds with 1 pillow on each bed. there were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. there were stains all over the sheets on both beds. There was 2 towels in the room and no hand towel, no wash cloths and no bath mat. we also discovered no toilet paper in the bathroom. the phone in the room did not work either. there were no trash cans in the room. we went down to the front desk to request these items and the lady brought up a set of towels and wash cloths and no extra pillows. there were men all out in the parking lot at all times of the day and night stumbling over and acting very suspicious. we could not even park in front of our room as there was no parking on that side of the building. I do not recommend staying at this hotel PERIOD!!! as a woman with children I was worried to death to even go to sleep to say the least."
