“Great clean place and nice staff”

“It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .”

“The hotel is older but pretty clean. The rooms are a bit dark and dated but comfortable. Nice they have a fridge and freezer in the room and a large tv. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. (pool not heated). I would rather have the pool heated than have a hot tub, but nobody asked me, lol. The wonderful breakfast includes made to order omelets and real sausage or bacon, grits, along with oatmeal and all the fixens, cereal, bagels and toast and pastries……

“We only stayed one night. We were initially dumbfounded over the $50 per night dog fee. We have 2 dogs. They are trained and do not shed. That was ridiculous for a one night stay in our opinion. The rest was ok I suppose. We were there to take one dog to the animal hospital. This dog rate was extremely disappointing to us.”

“The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed—refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner, and more. When I first entered, it felt a bit humid—probably because the AC had been turned off—but it improved once I turned the air conditioner on. It's a quiet location, just a 10-minute drive from UF. If you're visiting the UF campus or UF hospital, this is an excellent spot. The property offers a great combination of location and price. I plan to stay here……
