No elevator so be prepared but the stairs are inside so at least you're not affected by the weather. Dealt with 2 front desk employees, one was nice, the other not so friendly. Good customer service is hard to find anywhere these days so I'm learning not to expect it anymore. Good things were the bed was really comfy, uvinyl tile flr so no carpets which is a plus. Price is unbeatable for the area so it was definitely a good value overall.
