The room service was both quick and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with, from valet to front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. The breakfast was good and had several options, honestly one of the nicest hotel/motel we stayed in besides a Hampton. And that’s only the aesthetics would definitely stay here again if in the area. "Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "
