We stayed for 8 nights in Dec. 2020. The property is roomy. A bit dated and worn, but a lovely view and nice layout with lots of space for th 7 people staying there plus my sister's brood of 4 for dinner. A few things could be improved: the pillows were terrible (but beds are comfy), not one sharp knife or potholder in the kitchen, and very limited supplies like paper towels/dishsoap/TP. Definitely bring your own. Cooking tools were adequate. The bunk beds are on the basement level and our kiddo was too scared to stay down there, but the room was fine and the downstairs has its own private sitting area and balcony. Any issues were resolved quickly by management. There are quite a few notes all over about how they have accounted for all linens and you'd be charged for any which were missing - the sheer number of them felt a little inhospitable, but it made for a good laugh. There is a hot tub, which we didn't use but was working.
Is close to a supermarket, Smithgall woods and Yonah mountain for hiking and other areas for horseback riding, hiking, etc.
I book mountain properties wanting to enjoy a nice view by the fire. This one definitely delivers there. Overall would return. Maybe with my own pillow :)
