Top Henry County Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn Danville - University Area

10/10 Excellent

"Bed was very comfortable..I hardly ever sleep all night because of health issues bit I slept all night all 3 nights. If I had a complaint the only thing I would say is not enough tv channels to watch."

The Bee Hotel Danville

8/10 Good

"I was in town for driving my car at VIR . I usually stay near the track for convenience but I was only staying for one night this time. So I thought I would stay somewhere more upscale and closer to restaurants in the Danville area which is only 30 mins from VIR as the places to stay near VIR have become over $200.00 and up for basic accommodations. The parking was a bit of a challenge but after parking it was a short walk only a few blocks on the street. I check in and was given a room downstairs. I walked into the room and was presently surprised by the room. It was very spacious and had a full kitchen sitting room and separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a large closet which would be amazing for a longer stay. It also had a Kerug coffee maker . I would recommend bring you own pods for the coffee maker. The coffee wasn’t great. I definitely would recommend The Bee hotel to anyone who is staying in or near Danville Va. I will be back."

Hampton Inn Gretna - Smith Mountain Lake

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was amazing. Carol was very kind and friendly. We arrived very late and she had our room all ready and welcomed us with cheerful smiles eventhough it was almost 11pm. Food was great and staff was very responsive when we needed something. Parking is great too. We will stay there again."

The Laurel Hotel

8/10 Good

"The room was very nice. The access to the hotel was not. There were stairways to enter with no ramp to roll luggage which made it difficult for me to get into the hotel. The coffee pot was overly complicated and produced not very good coded once I finally figured it out. The property itself was very nice, athstetically appealing and in a good location to nearby attractions."
