Nicely renovated 1260 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath vintage 1973 mobile home on 1/3 acre, offers privacy and seclusion, but is just a few blocks from downtown with shopping, groceries, city swim pool, museum, library. Outdoor area includes a shady picnic spot with picnic table, & grill. Indoor, spacious kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi, & comfy living area.
Our home is a double-wide mobile home which we completely remodeled in 2012. The kitchen, both bathrooms, flooring, and walls were renovated and updated. It is not a fancy place, but is very clean and comfortable! It has the feel of being in the country, with lots of privacy and nature nearby, but is very convenient to downtown. The view from the front porch is lovely at night, as all the lights in town are twinkling below. The north and east view from the home are horses and farmland, and pretty sunsets.
Our guests have access to the entire property; home and nicely maintained yard with shady picnic and barbecue area. There is a storage room attached to the back of the house that guests are welcome to use if needed.
The driveway to our house is located directly across the street from the large bark chip pile at Morrow County Grain Growers. As you go up the steep gravel driveway to our house, stay to the left at the Y in the driveway. Continue uphill to the last house on the left. There is a small wooden sign with the numbers 233 at the edge of the parking area for our house.
