Enjoy this clean and spacious year round updated cottage with heat and A/C window units (available Memorial Day through Labor Day). Higgins Lake is a great place to come and get away and enjoy a peaceful vacation. The cottage is spacious and clean, the bathroom has been fully remodeled. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you will need along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and charging stations in the living room and bedrooms. The living room and bunk bed room has a smart tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle and griddle. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably. Two bedrooms have queen beds with all new mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows and one bedroom with two bunk beds along with a smart TV. The bathroom is fully stocked with bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, hair dryer and a first aid kit.
Outside we have a fire pit, complimentary small stack of wood, propane grill, yard games (located in shed) and 2 adult kayaks with life jackets with paddles and the perfect porch to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the view of the beautiful Higgins Lake.
The cabin is pet friendly, please try to keep the pets off the couch and beds and please keep the pet in a crate when the pet is left alone in the house.

There is a fire pit located in the front yard, lawn chairs, Propane BBQ grill, outdoor eating area, yard games, 2 adult kayaks with life jackets and paddles and complimentary small stack of wood.
