This 3 story home offers privacy for you and your guests with each bedroom having a private bath and each on it's own level. Beautifully furnished, this great property offers a great room with gas fireplace plus a loft and the lower bedroom is furnished with another TV and sofa bed should a media/hang out room be your preference. Located close to downtown Highlands, get ready to kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Highlands and our home has to offer. And there's no place better to enjoy long easy walks through this tranquil community or canoe or fish on close by lakes. We have a one-car garage plus plenty of additional on-site parking. Relax on the lovely elevated porch and listen to the soothing sounds of the Mirror Lake dam or huddle around the cozy fire-pit in the back yard. Monthly rentals only.

Rules

Garbage pickup is on Monday and Thursday mornings. All garbage must be put in plastic bags inside the bear proof garbage can and placed at the road.

There is a noise ordinance in Highlands as follows: Noise levels are capped at 55 dBA between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
