This villa offers a very private location, yet it is close to everything Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer. You can enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or take in the beautiful views right off the private deck. The beach is just a flip flop distance away, only five minutes via a private beach path within the resort, providing access to an uncrowded beach. The Hickory Cove pool is just steps from the front door, making it easy to take a dip and cool off.

Ride on miles of bike paths or walk just three minutes from the villa to the world-class tennis center, championship golf courses, outfitters, general store, oceanfront dining, Alexanders, and the Marriott Resort. Once you park your car, you can forget about it until it's time to leave!

This end unit townhome is flooded with natural sunlight, offering beautiful morning sunrises on the oversized back decks. The open and spacious living areas feature a beautiful granite kitchen, large grill deck, big flat screen TV, full bath, dining and living areas overlooking the 12-mile lagoon. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open dining room with bar seating, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests.

Sleeping has never been better! The downstairs master bedroom houses a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a walk-in-shower, and access to the back patio. Upstairs, there are two more big bedrooms with a comfortable reading loft at the top of the stairs. Both guest bedrooms have a private bath, one featuring two queens, and the other offering three twin beds.
