Pooltable missing triangle, the pool cue nerd new head, or maybe change all one is broken and fixed with tape, aircondition in the pooltable room not work. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "Excellent stay experience, owner's English very well, very friendly and helpful, will try his best to solve all the problem during the stay, he arrived the Villa before us. With warm welcome and explain all the facilities. Quick response when we ask him question. No cheating for the deposit. Location is just 5 min drive from market Village, quiet nice villa with no mosquito. We all enjoy the stay, must come back. "
