We selected this Hilton hotel because we were taking a 6:15 a.m. flight the next morning. The hotel is located next to the airport. We checked in around 5:00 p.m. looking forward a quick swim, dinner and going to be early. Our first room had a broken door lock. It took 45 minutes for the staff to allow a room change. In the mean time we were unable to rest or go swimming because the door did not lock. The next room we were given had 3 single beds instead of a queen. We are a married couple and my husband is very tall. We had to change rooms again. We were only able to swim a few laps, because with all of the room changes it was around 7:00 pm when we arrived the pool. The hotel does not provide soap or shampoo in the hotel's gym. I was not able to get the rest and relaxation associated with the Hilton's hotels.

Not a very good experience! No one in the "lobby" to greet us - there was a note saying to go to the bar around the corner to get the guy after 5, but it was 4. Disturbing 2 foot in diameter hole in shower wall which made us feel uneasy (put a grill on it!). Free breakfast was stale bread and jam with coffee. Naples was the dirtiest city we've ever been to, to top it off. Other than that it was great!

For t hr price it was a great place. It was, however, very hard to find where we had to check in. You have to go up a staircase that isn't marked for the hotel. And if you get there after 5pm you have to go to the restaurant and ask to be checked in. Also, the front door didn't lock and the room keys were kept out in a little box so anyone could get into any room. Didn't make me feel safe leaving anything important there. Also, not that I think this will happen again, the woman who was cleaning our room threw out our laundry...she said she thought we didn't need it anymore. The staff was apologetic and did reimburse us for some of the loss, but it was still a hassle. Despite that it was still a great deal.

I could not be happier with my choice here. This hotel far exceed my last trip to naples when I stayed in piazza garibaldi. Not only the location but the hotel as well. The location is quite central to where you want to be if you wish to see the city, and only a few minutes walk from via toledo, via tribunali and spaccanapoli. The metro is a short walk as well as the funiculare. The hotel room was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff was lovely and as helpful as could be. I've never felt more welcome at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, but absolutely no staff on site at all. Breakfast was at a local hotel and very skimpy.

Pros: The staff
Cons: The chocolate croissants served at breakfast-too sickly for my liking but my boyfriend loved them
Location: Good central location near the national museum and not far from good pizzerias.
This was a basic hotel but the staff were lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the building was full of character and charm. This is the perfect stay for someone on a budget who wants to be in a good location and lots of Italian character.

Location: Good for historical district, but 20-30 minute walk to Garibaldi Train Station (to go to other destinations)
The B&B was clean, well maintained, staff were helpful (when they were there). The bed was comfortable. However, not only was there noise coming from outside -traffic, horns (which perhaps isn't the B&Bs fault) but there was a lot of noise coming from inside. All of the rooms appear to stem off from the reception area. This meant that guests coming in and going out late could be heard chattering and the main door would slam shut. One night, some guests arrived late for check in. As there was no one on the desk (staff seem to leave around 21:00) the guests kept pressing the buzzer constantly. Sometimes the office phone would ring in the middle of the night. There was just so much noise going on at all hours that it was difficult to sleep. If a lot of noise doesn't bother you, this B&B will be ok for you.

The office staff was more than wonderful. They made our stay more relaxing. I had a car, and the traffic was CRAZY! I only used the car traveling to Pompeii, Herculanium, and Vesuvious; otherwise, the car stayed in the garage. Walking was easy. Wonderful energized city.

three nights in this hotel were marked by the disappearance of management, unavailability of wifi connection promised and breakfast served as an espresso+packaged crackers. Despite some helpful staff, a non-working elevator and two separated blocks of rooms...with thin walls through which too much could be heard. location: excellent. but a better hotel could be found.
