Adults-only vacation home in Holland
Completly redecorated home with bedroom and bath views of Lake Macatawa. Home is tucked away on a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. Features many modern updates for a relaxing vacation. Less than a half of a block away from a popular bar and resturant that features live music on weekends. Also about a half of a block away from a neighborhood party store and only 6 blocks away from an old fashioned grocery store and deli counter. Easy 10 min dr to Saugatuck and Laketown beach, and only a 15 min drive to holland state park. Walkers can enjoy a scenic route with lake views and beautiful homes down to the historic Holland lighthouse all in about 25 min. The public boat launch is at the end of the block. A girls Christmas shopping trip!
This property was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay! The house is very charming and cozy. It even had a Christmas tree in the living room. The heated 4 seasons room was a great place to have our morning coffee. It was a short drive to downtown Holland. The owners were great to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very pleasant home
The house was very nicely decorated and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was very pretty, but without access by foot to a water front. The drive time to various beaches and the center of Holland was very short, about 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed the fresh eggs from the owner's chicken roaming between her house and the rental house! The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms very large and the house was fresh and clean.

Great house for Holland/Saugatuck vacation
Very nice house that is close to both Holland and Saugatuck. Nice sun-room and fire-pit with wood for sale on property. Fresh eggs for sale was a cool bonus too. Highly recommend and Erin was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful area
Easy walk to water for viewing, (actual beach access is driving distance). Very peaceful area, relaxing place to stay, with comfortable beds, and great outdoor spaces.
