Clean and friendly

This is a beautiful hotel - great staff, clean room, nice amenities, good breakfast. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk when I needed something. This was the first time I was ever referred to as a VIP guest, and I got a little welcome gift and a room upgrade. That made me feel pretty special! :) My 2nd night, however, I had neighbors, and I don't know if it's because my room had a connecting door or what, but I could hear everything they said and even the song they were playing on their phone, and had to turn the TV on just so I wasn’t a captive audience to their conversation!
