Property manager was very responsive to questions I had prior to arriving and answered them in a timely manner. House was close to town and perfect for my needs! "This house was perfect for the multiple family trip we stayed there for! The house was clean and exactly like the listing! Lots of space, my kids LOVED the bonus room upstairs to play games and hang out away from everyone. My only complaint would be that the grass hadn’t been cut in a while, but we didn’t spend anytime outside for it to hinder our stay. Overall great place for the price and close to all amenities."

"It was perfect for me or a couple would like it. It’s in the woods. There’s a deck on the back where I sat and watched half a dozen deer saunter through the property. I like the touches and I also like the smart TV. The host was very helpful. "The outdoor deck is a great asset of this house. It is private and accommodates a large group. The house was clean with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with all that we needed. It comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 full beds. The only downfall is that we didn't find the day bed and pullout couch to be comfortable so this is something to consider if you have to sleep more than 8 people. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home."

"My son graduates from UNC Chapel Hill so we had family in for the ceremony. Convenient access to Chapel Hill and Raleigh where we had dinners! We don’t spend much time in the house but it was very clean and comfortable."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was as beautiful as the photos represent. Lori was so easy to communicate with, and she also went the extra mile. "Overall, my experience was positive. The online pictures accurately depict the spacious house, providing ample room for people to spread out. The property's location is conveniently close to downtown and just blocks away from Shaw University. My dad particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, spending a significant amount of time there. The kitchen's open concept was ideal for both cooking and social interaction."

"We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!"
