“The townhouse is super cute. Very well decorated and maintained. The extra touches on the amenities like laundry soap and dryer sheets, was such a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The unit was in much need of some tlc. The walls were extremely dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. There was mold in the shower and the door didn't close all the way, so water went everywhere. There were cobwebs in the corners of multiple rooms and the unit needed some repairs. (laundry doors hard to open, trim falling apart, cracks in ceiling and walls). There were only 5 forks which is very inconvenient and the kitchen supplies that were provided needed to be replaced! The couch……

“Just needs more towels and ceiling cleaned from cob webs.”

“We were disappointed with our expectation versus reality. The photos showed a great property for the price but it wasn’t quite up to par. There was a very strong mildew smell throughout the home. There were dirty sheets in one of the closets and the back porch was not usable due to excessive yard debris (the photos made it seem like this would be a nice sitting area). Midge communicated well and allowed us to extend our checkout time. If these issues were addressed we would stay again.”

“Close to restaurants, convention center, and covered parking! Condo clean and well layer out”

“Well maintained property. Check in was easy and the place was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again”

“Condo was clean and located perfectly to Red Hat Amphitheater. The beds were super comfy, we had a great time and would stay here again.”

“The property was just like described! The check in process was very easy. The back patio is private and pretty cool! The bed was not very comfortable in my opinion. Host was very responsive. Area was safe and quiet.”

“We stayed for the full week of our daughter’s wedding at the Merrimon-Wynne. The place was amazing and just steps from the venue. The rooms were large and perfectly appointed. The kitchen, dining room, and family room were a great place for people to gather and unwind. The pictures do not do justice for what a great place this is. We highly recommend.”

“I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, super comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Lucia was an attentive host, and the location was absolutely unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again!"”

“I’d definitely recommend so clean, great location, absolutely stunning views and beautiful apartment!”
