"Nice Hotel, Great Views of Downtown"
When we first checked in, the room we got issued smelled like smoke. I immediately thought, did I book a smoking room on accident? I was confused knowing that it was non-smoking. Nonetheless, I called the front desk and they immediately fixed the problem and upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience at no additional charge. I didn't even complain, I simply asked if we could possibly be moved to another room and they went above and beyond. No questions asked. We loved the space and all of the windows with views of downtown. We felt spoiled. The ONLY negative feedback I can give is the fact that when we checked out it took us an hour or so to get our car from the valet. Granted, we were not the only ones however, this was VERY inconvenient especially since I had called the front desk 15 minutes ahead of time when we were going down to check out. I feel like the valet service on checkout days at least needs to be quicker and more people need to be working. It was inexcusable. Other than that, I loved the stay at club quarters, we got more than what we bargained for with the room and overall experience.

"Great mini vacation"
Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the staff that I met was AWESOME!! Everyone was very nice and some even suggested things that I could do while I was in town. Great service!! The bathtub in the deluxe room was a very relaxing retreat after days of walking around Houston! My only complaint was that the bed was too hard. It felt a kind of like I was sleeping on the floor. But, I suppose that's a matter of preference. Some people may like hard beds. Otherwise, I had a great time staying at the hotel!

"It was alright"
I will say that the staff is amazing. So friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing like always. The hotel just needs a bit updating and the rooms a joining doors not good. You can hear everything. Paper thin walls. My daughter had to be up super early for tournament and we could not sleep. To much noise in room above us and next door. I will not stay at that location again, its a shame because the staff is wonderful. I am a total Hampton Inn fan but not this location.

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Houston"
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially we booked through Expedia for four nights. However, because of a snow storm in the North East we had to extend our stay by three more days. We found the hotel and our room very comfortable. Staff were friendly and prompt. We enjoyed the restaurant and room service food available at the hotel. It is close to the baseball stadium and the convention cenre.

"Nice place - would stay again"
The entire experience was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was when I stepped on a false eyelash that wasn't vacuumed up from a previous occupant. The air conditioner didn't do a very good job of pulling the humidity out of the room and everything felt damp all the time but it was possibly the level of humidity outside that caused the problem. I would stay here again though.
