Checkin staff was very friendly. Checking in, i had to sign additional forms that if found smoking smell in room, you would have an additional charge. I would have thought checkin would be give me my key everything is done since i did it online. The hallway carpet to the room was visibly dirty with some large areas that were filthy. The room heater did not work so I picked up the phone to call the front deck and the connection from the phone to the handheld receiver was broke...so no phone. I got the front desk clerk and he said, "oh, another one" so they obviously have had problems with the HVAC systems. Anyway, he unplugged it and then plugged it back and it worked...but i would have expected it to work and BE RUNNING before I got there as the room was extremely cold (snowing outside and temps in the teens). Breakfast was decent and overall, it was a 2-star facility that was outdated, not kept up and probably for $10 more, I could have gone with a better brand...my bad.
