5-10 min walk from the Children’s Museum and the new Red Line Mass transit system.

Home was built in 2012, so everything in the home is like new!
BDRM 1: Queen w/ en-suite.
BDRM 2: 2 sets of twin bunk beds, 4 total beds.
BDRM 3: Double Bed
Downstairs has half bath, kitchen, dining area, living room with convertible futon/sofa/bed.
Backyard has deck, privacy fence, and 2 car parking pad.

House is nice, close to events
The house looks nice from the street. It is located in a clean, quiet(for the most part), lower middle class neighborhood. It is definitely NOT a "brand new" property. It also was not immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable but it does not , technically, sleep 10. There were beds for 8, a sofa and a loveseat, neither of which pull out into a bed. There, also, was no bedding left to me the lovingtoom furniture into a bed. The outdoor space was u usable due to the length of the grass and BBQ grate tossed on the ground. The host was responsive. The kitchen & dining rooms were inviting. A ewview was left with the host, so I have every confidence that my concerns will be corrected.
