It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and great set up. We were a group of 12, and everyone had a bedroom and bed. It was perfect! The kitchen had quality appliances and utensils (you don't always find those in a rental). The place had AC which was needed in the hit summer. The backyard was the best, great set up with lots of seating areas, fire pit, dining area, hot tub (and a TV)!
