Good Location, but not recommend
Service quality is bad. Most staff can't speak English with no service mind. Room isn't as describe. Kitchen isn't function with no kitchenware. But overall room is nice and local is the best. Nearby local grocery store.

do not stay at this hotel even free as i previously said all services are below expectation they mentioned kitchen in the room but not equiped , breakfast is about one kind of cheese cocumber tomato and boiled eggs it is below standard

Scam Artists **DO NOT STAY HERE**
We booked this hotel through Expedia and from the nice reviews that we read, we felt comfortable to stay here. BE WARNED. This place is run by scam artists. After confirming our reservation in writing through e mail and by phone, we got there only to be told that they had no rooms left for us. Then they ushered us across the street to a cheap, third rate hotel. Everyone kept trying to convince us to just stay there. "It's only one night" they kept saying and "You can still eat at the Queens Apart Hotel". Never did they offer to reimburse us the difference in price. We paid $90 U.S. to be told to stay in a place that looked like a cheap hostel? Old, creaky, no elevator, dirty carpet. This is a place you could have stayed at for $15/ night probably. Look at the reviews from others at Trip Advisor. We wish we had done so before booking our reservation here. They have tried this on other people before too. They sell you a room at the regular rate, then tell you that they are all of the sudden out of rooms and to stay at a cheaper place across the street. Then they sell off your reservation to the next highest bidder. Also, the breakfast is cold and because they've installed a kabab machine in the doorway, you are never out of the cold wind while you eat. Awful, just awful.

The location is ideal for seeing the sights in the centre of Istanbul. The facilities are basic and the breakfast is minimal/shoestring, otherwise, if you want a low cost hotel on the doorstep of the main tourist sights then its for you.

Very terrible experience of booking rejection
Very terrible experience because my reservation room is taken when we arrived at 8.30pm. And Queen Apart Hotel managers told me on the phone that he was helping me to put me into another hotel opposite, or just go find other places! IT WAS BLOODY A THREAT!! We were so tired and with heavy laggage at 9pm night!!! And my hotels.com booking is guaranteed with my credit card!!!! And the Queen Apart hotel insisted to charge me the same price for that night staying in the rubbish hotel opposite. Infuriated by the arrogant Queen Apart Hotel staffs and poor Hotels.com's management of its hotels partners. My wonderful trip was ruined by this last disappointed hotel booking. And hotels.com greatly disappoint me this time. Although Queen Apart hotel has good view terrace, but DO look out for rejection. It happens in this hotel.

Location, location, location
We got an excellent rate. Location is the main feature. The room was clean but overall need a refresher / update. Very convenient is the Hotel Apart concept that offered a small kitchen firnished with a fridge and a clothes washer. Near of everything you need to see first and good restaurants. Personnel is friendly and helpful in all matters. Breakfast was included, but while basic, included everythng to start your day.

It was a nice stay, the hotel condition is good but not as the published photos. The location is great, it's close to everything in the old city. We suggest this hotel for vacation as a good 3 stars hotel.

Complete rascals! Upon arrival were informed that their contract has expired and the hotels.com reservation was not valid. It called for an additional fee in cash. Now, delays in the return of the amount paid in advance hotels.com. Be extremely careful!!!

Séjour de 6 jours de calvaire
5 nuits dans une chambre sans chauffage (radiateur neutralisé pour des raisons économiques semble- t-il) Petit déjeuner de misère et vous avez intérêt à y être à 8 h00 précises si non vous n'avez plus rien à manger. Il faisait 8°C dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Un membre du personnel à décide de ne plus nous adresser la parole car nous l'avons relancé au sujet du chauffage. Appart hôtel sans eau à l'évier et même pas un verre dans les placards, nous avons acheté des verresr des assiettes en plastiques au supermarché du coin. Séjour de calvaire et de galère. Je déconseille fortement cet appart hôtel. Il y a beaucoup à dire, la liste est longue.

Super bien placé, parfait pour les visites!
Idéalement placé dans la vieille ville d'Istanbul, il permet d'être à 5 min à pied de tous les monuments. La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel aimable. Par contre le petit déjeuner est spartiate!!

Hotel très bien placé, rue tranquille et agréable, proche de tous les centres d'intérêt à Sultanahmet. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas top mais ça va, la chambre était propre et grande, matelas confortable et draps propres. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais il est très bien, il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait... seul soucis: l'ascenseur ne marchait pas au 2eme étage. Le personnel très agréable prêt à vous informer et vous aider.

5층 소화기로 받혀놓는 문 뒤에 있는 방을 주셔서 나다닐 때마다 소화기를 치워야 했고, 객실 번호도 안 붙어 있었습니다. 엘리베이터는 3인용인데 좁아서 두 명밖에 못타요.

Wonderful place
Very good location. We can walking to basilica sistern, Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and Topkapi palace in the short time. The room is very big and quiet place, safe and clean. The price for this hotel also great value. Staffs very friendly and helpful. It will be better if the breakfast have more meat in their set. We are very happy for stay at here 5 nights.

This hostel should be avoided !
The space of the room is quiete good but as an apartment hostel, the kitchen is unequipped, none a single little spoon , plate or cup to cook anything. The heater was very high and they could not have fixed it at all. The light in the bathroom was broken . The breakfast is awful, not fresh at all. We met a couple tourist that worn us that the cleaning room was not done since one week they have been inside; We only spend one night and moved hostel because the experience was not nice in CARINO Hotel. I would not recommend it this address.

L'un des plus magnifiques hôtels que j'ai visité. un hospitalité chaleureuse au seins du personnel, un esprit de famille s'est imposé dés le premier jour.compte a la situation géographique; franchement rien de mieux sur toutes la ville.
